A coaching alliance refers to a model of coaching that is defined by peer relationship. In this relationship you, the client, determine the agenda and the areas where you want to focus, and I commit to supporting you in exploring these and the possibilities available for addressing them.
Coaching provides an opportunity to step back from daily pressures in order to reconnect with what is important and meaningful to you in your life and work.
Coaching is not advice, therapy, or counseling. It may address specific personal projects, professional issues, or general conditions in your life or work. The purpose of the coaching alliance is to enhance the process of human learning, effectiveness, and fulfillment.
Coaching sessions are virtual between 45 minutes to an hour long. I offer sessions on the phone or by email by request. The frequency of sessions is based on the needs of the client.
Conflict Coaching
Conflict Coaching focuses specifically on building the range of skills and insights necessary for an individual to handle interpersonal and team conflicts proactively and effectively. Coaching provides the opportunity to reflect on daily interactions and builds confidence to change destructive dynamics in the family or the workplace.
